1. No Refunds Policy
Entry fees for chess tournaments and membership fees are
non-refundable once payment is processed.
2. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered:
- Tournament
cancelled by Chess Association Kerala (full refund)
- Payment
gateway duplicate charge (full refund after verification)
- Fraudulent
transaction (case-by-case basis)
3. Refund Process
- Email chessassociationkerala@yahoo.com with
Transaction ID, Roll Number, and reason
- Submit
within 7 days of transaction
- Processing
takes 10-15 working days
- Refunds
via original payment method
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Tournament
entry fees (after registration confirmation)
- Membership
fees
- Coaching/Training
fees
5. Chargebacks
Do not initiate chargebacks. Contact us first.
All refund decisions are final.
